Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas

I can remember Christmas when I was 5 years old. I wanted a Nintendo and to my surprise santa had delivered. For a few years I can remember being to excited to sleep on christmas night, and would toss and turn in excitement. I had asked for a computer, and Mom was sure to warn that it would be too big to put into Santa’s sleigh. While I never got a computer for Christmas, it was it’s own special week.

The holidays are a tough time for some people. I am lucky to have a wonderful, smart, and beautifull girlfriend to share it with this year. I know what it’s like to have a rough time though. The world imposes its will on us without our permission. The only thing we can do to make it better is to treat the people in our life better. Try to forgive others for their actions as you would forgive yourself.

There is no way you can waste your kindness; you can’t ever run out. It is the biggest way to make an impact with your life, and it’s also the easiest.  Most people would much rather tell stories about acts of kindness than acts of outrage. One way to get more good in your life is to make it yourself, and it’s so easy to do.
